Ready to level up
your movement game?

Handstands, soft acrobatics, and community. Let's play, expand, and grow together!

30. Mai - 02. Juni 2024

Thursday 2 pm - Sunday 4 pm

About the Camp

Four days immersed in handstands, soft acrobatics, mobility, and anatomical knowledge. Join us for a back-to-nature experience with community, movement, sauna, and fresh, simple food.

Accommodation

The accommodation is a private property with all basic comforts, including an outdoor sauna. The experience is rustic and authentic, aimed at people who enjoy nature, sharing space and practising with others. You can take your pick between camping beneath the stars or cozying up inside, in shared rooms with three others for a small additional cost.

The camp takes place at a property owned by a former circus performer,  a piece of land with a big house and a big sports hall. He quit performing to transform the place into a beautiful location. With the help of friends and family, he remodeled almost everything himself, using green building principles and local materials like clay from the land. The renovation is ongoing but impressive.

The surroundings contain fruit trees, goats and more local secrets to be discovered. The property is located near the Kummerower See, close to Demmin. This is a 3-hour drive from Berlin, or 2,5 hours by train.

Contents

Lukas and two guest teachers will lead approximately 20 hours of training throughout the camp, focusing on the topics of handstands, soft acrobatics, mobility, and anatomy.

With approximately 20 people in attendance, this size offers an ideal balance, allowing for ample opportunities to share experiences, forge lasting connections, and build community throughout the camp.

Do I need a certain experience?
Participants should have a basic grasp and confidence in their body and movement abilities; being a professional performer isn't necessary, though trainers, regular trainees, and coaches would find it particularly suitable.

You are best prepared to have your notebook and pen ready.

Our approximate schedule looks like this:

• 7-8 AM: Gentle movement
